Help: Rider home
This page is the Rider Portal entry for your region. Riders sign in using a six-digit code sent by email, then
create or manage their dispensation request and upload supporting evidence when required.
If you see a region list here
- You are on the apex domain without a specific region selected.
- Select your region to continue to the correct Rider Login page.
- If your region is not listed, it may not be active or available in the portal.
If you are not signed in
- Click Rider Login and request a six-digit verification code.
- Keep the login page open, check your email and enter the code on the same page.
- Codes can only be used once and expire automatically within 15 minutes.
- If you request multiple codes, only the most recent one will work.
If you are signed in
- Open my request: view your request and respond to any admin “more info” requests.
- View my activity: view your recent activity history for this region.
- Sign out: ends your session on this device.
Common issues
- No email received: check spam/junk, then request one new code after the cooldown.
- Code expired: request a new verification code from the sign-in page.
- Wrong region: return to the main region list and select the correct region.
Security notes
- Do not share verification codes, and only enter them on an official
bmxadmin.co.uk page.
- Close the browser or sign out on shared computers.
